Adrian Toomes' weapons trafficking operations were a series of heists and criminal events orchestrated by Adrian Toomes.
Background[edit | edit source]
Following the Battle of New York, Bestman Salvage was among the salvage companies involved in the cleanup process. Under Executive Order 396B,[1] cleanup operations following the battle were to be managed by the Department of Damage Control, a division of the United States government, much to Toomes' crew's dismay.
