Chao Yen (Chinese: 严超) was the Chinese representative of the World Security Council.
Yen was appointed sometime after the Battle of New York. In 2014, during a World Security Council meeting regarding Project Insight, Yen held Alexander Pierce at gunpoint. Pierce, in turn, activated an EMP inside Yen's security badge, killing him.
