Kidnapping of Matthew Ellis

The kidnapping of Matthew Ellis was an operation by Aldrich Killian to abduct Matthew Ellis, then President of the United States, occurring during Aldrich Killian's War. The operation was a two-part plot, beginning with the attack on Air Force One and concluding with taking Ellis to the Norco, and was ultimated stopped by Tony Stark and James Rhodes.

The kidnapping was a major blow to the Ellis administration, and resulted in the death of several members of Ellis' cabinet and the impeachment of Rodriguez, the Vice President of the United States who colluded with Killian to organize Ellis' kidnapping.
