Camp Lehigh was a United States Army installation in New Jersey. During World War II, Camp Lehigh served as a training facility for the Strategic Scientific Reserve (SSR). Camp Lehigh became a S.H.I.E.L.D. facility following the war, where the Tesseract was researched.
In 2014, Natasha Romanoff and Steve Rogers visited Camp Lehigh in search of Arnim Zola. Zola informed Hydra of their presence, and Camp Lehigh was destroyed by a missile strike. By 2025, Camp Lehigh became the site of the first New Jersey AvengerCon.
