The United Nations were formed following World War II in San Francisco.
On March 7, 2015, during a speech by Glenn Talbot, HYDRA attacked the United Nations at their headquarters in New York City.[1]
The United Nations would go on to ratify the Sokovia Accords, a large scale piece of legislation that limited enhanced individuals.
