Thomas Richards is an accountant for the Roxxon Oil Corporation.
In 2012, Richards became involved in Aldrich Killian's War when Aldrich Killian staged a fake assassination of Richards, hijacking broadcasts across the Eastern Seaboard to broadcast the assassination and telling Matthew Ellis to call a number within his phone to save Richards; Ellis called the number, only for a gunshot sound to play and the broadcast to end.
