The Sokovian Hydra base was a base of operations for Hydra in Sokovia. The base was primarily used by Baron Strucker, who experimented on the Mind Stone and humans there.
In 2015, the Mind Stone was located by the Avengers at the base, resulting in an ambush by the Avengers to retrieve the Mind Stone.
