Omnipotence City is a floating city located within the universe it is inhabitated almost exclusively by gods, and is headlined by Zeus, the god of lightning.

During Gorr's deicides, Thor (himself the god of thunder), Valkyrie, Korg, and Mighty Thor infiltrated into Omnipotence City. Zeus noticed the four when they began talking amongst themselves while Zeus was speaking, causing Thor to confront Zeus and resulting in a standoff between Zeus and the four.
