Love is the biological daughter of Gorr the God Butcher and the adoptive daughter of Thor.
In 2024, Love died on Rapu's planet, an event that lead to Gorr seeking revenge on Rapu for failing to stop a famine and drought on the planet that inevitably killed Love. All-Black the Necrosword then corrupted Gorr and caused him to go on a massacre in an effort to kill all of the gods. Gorr's quest led him to Eternity's realm, and although he had planned to wish for all of the gods to die, Gorr instead wished for Love to come back. Love was then adopted by Thor.
