The Unsigned template is used to add a "signature" to another user's comments.

Usage

{{u|user name|date}}

• user name: Name or IP of user who left comment.
• date: Timestamp from edit history (remember to append " (UTC)").

Note: The datestamp from the edit history can appear in your local time if that is set in your preferences. In order for the time to be UTC, adjust it using the difference you designated between the server time and local time.

Example

Typing: {{unsigned|User|10:10, September 10, 2008 (UTC)}}
will yield:  —The preceding unsigned comment was added by User (talk) on 10:10, September 10, 2008 (UTC).
