Skrull Council

The Skrull Council is a formal forum of Skrulls and the de facto government of New Skrullos.

The council experienced a shift in its ideology when Nick Fury, an ally of councilman Talos, broke the Skrulls' promise of ensuring them a new home. Talos was pushed into exile and new members, such as Gravik, expressed interest in taking over Earth.
