A graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles, Walters became the Deputy District Attorney for the City of Los Angeles until becoming an attorney for Goodman, Lieber, Kurtzberg & Holliway.
In 2024, on a road trip with her cousin, Bruce Banner, Banner's blood transfused with Walter's, causing her to become a Hulk.
