Donnie Gill's cryofreeze device

Donnie Gill's cryofreeze device, also referred to as Donnie's Weather Machine, is a device capable of lowering the temperature of moisture around it. It was designed by S.H.I.E.L.D. Academy of Science and Technology students Donnie Gill and Seth Dormer.

Gill and Dormer intended to sell the device to Ian Quinn. While demonstrating it to Quinn, the two created a storm at the S.H.I.E.L.D. Academy of Science and Technology campus. Dormer was killed attempting to stop the device with Gill, and S.H.I.E.L.D. extracted Gill and Dormer. The device was later found at Habana Vieja Barbería, S.H.I.E.L.D.'s headquarters in Cuba.
