Charles "Charlie" Spencer was a computer scientist. Accepting a job at Intel, Spencer visited Sokovia to build sustainable housing for the poor.^[1]^[2] During the battle of Sokovia, Spencer was killed by rubble from a falling building.

In the aftermath of Spencer's death, his mother, Miriam Sharpe, confronted Tony Stark. Sharpe's comments led to Stark supporting the Sokovia Accords.
