An Asset Communication Device is a device used by S.H.I.E.L.D. to allow S.H.I.E.L.D. to monitor enhanced individuals. Although used before the ratification of the Sokovia Accords, Asset Communication Devices were used widely within S.H.I.E.L.D. following the Accords.
