This page in a nutshell: Articles can be made about future items as long as the information comes from an official source.

This is a policy regarding the making of articles for items that do not exist. This refers to, but is not limited to, all nonexistent characters, items, locations, and any other universe elements. In this policy, the term "item" refers to all of these.

Articles that may be created

• Articles about items that exist may be created.
• Articles about upcoming/unreleased items with official Marvel Studios sources (including unintentional leaks) may be created.

Articles that may not be created

• Commonly discussed things that do not exist in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, such as Venom, should be redirected to nonexistence.
• Fan fiction is not allowed. Articles should be carefully examined to make sure fan fiction is avoided.
  • Formerly canon items, should be maintained as historical.
