Overkill Device

Ezbiitomet (Russian: Езбиитомет), also known as the Overkill Device, is a weapon capable of emitting sonic vibrations. It was constructed by wikipedia:South Ossetia separatists, following the country's independence from Georgia in 1990.[1] It was obtained by S.H.I.E.L.D. agents Leo Fitz and Grant Ward.
