Scepter

The Scepter, also known as Loki's Scepter or the Chitauri scepter, was a Chitauri staff that was capable of holding the Mind Stone. The Scepter was wielded by Loki during the Chitauri invasion and the Battle of New York. Following the Battle of New York, S.H.I.E.L.D., secretly controlled by HYDRA, confiscated the Scepter and used it to experiment on Wanda and Pietro Maximoff. The Avengers, upon locating the Scepter at a Sokovian HYDRA base, obtained the Scepter. Tony Stark's experiments on the Scepter resulted in the creation of Ultron, who destroyed the Scepter to use the Mind Stone within it to create Vision.
