Airborne Mobile Command Stations were a fleet of Boeing C-17 Globemaster IIIs used by S.H.I.E.L.D. prior to the Helicarriers.

One such Airborne Mobile Command Station, informally known as "the bus",[1] was refurbished by Phil Coulson as a base of operations for his team. The bus was heavily damaged following its hijacking, but was eventually restored.
